All the castings being supplied to customers in machined condition are finished on CNC machines.

Anticipating tremendous boom in the Automobile sector, Construction as well as increasing use of ‘Tube Rail’ worldwide, Rine Engineering is in the process of Setting up a New Foundry of 1000 MT Capacity at Derabassi, Mohali (Punjab), under the leadership of Mr. Jai Goyal, who is already managing our Machine Shop, M/s P.D. Steels, Mohali. The new foundry is named as JAI MULTI ENGG. CO. (JMECO) with State – of – the - Art manufacturing facilities which include :

Horizontal Parting Flaskless Moulding M/c with 130 sets of Mould per Hr. complete with Moulding, Pouring & Cooling Line. Intensive Sand Mixer with pre-weighed Binder / Additive addition which will cater to the sand requirement of highly efficient Moulding m/c. Melting with 1250 KW Dual Track with Two 1500 Kg. Duraline medium frequency induction furnace of Inductotherm make.

This coupled with Core Making, Shot Blasting, Heat treatment and complete range of Testing facilities including spectrometer, Image Analyzer, UTM, Hardness Testing M/c, Flaw detector etc.- will make it an unique foundry to meet the highest quality demand and Total customer satisfactions.
