Our registered office is located at Baddi, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh (India). The infrastructure of our manufacturing plant comprises of modern machinery and tools. We consistently upgrade our infrastructure so as to meet the challenging demands of the competitive market. We do manage to fulfill bulk-order and deliver the consignment at the desired destination within stipulated time frame.

Moulding & Sand Plant

Moulding is done with semi automatic jolting, squeezing & simultaneous jolt- squeeze Pin-lift type Moulding Machines DISA make ARPA - 1300 Model and Dhanlaxmi make DL - 300 Moulding Machines coupled with Moulding line fitted with pallet cars. The Sand is prepared in intensive Sand Mixer with Aerator. Polygone sieve. Sand cooler & other necessary infra structure.

Core Making :

Cores are made pre-dominantly in C02 Process, 2-part phenolic process and Oil sand process with core drying oven. We have micro processor based, automatic Core sand mixer with Prewcighed Binder addition facilities.

Melting & Pouring : :

Melting is done in Medium frequency Inductothcrm make Induction furnaces of 2.5 Mt. & 4.0 Mt. capacity and an Arc funiacc of 5.0 Mt. Capacity. The molten metal is poured through Pre-heated Ladle as well as Bottom Pouring Ladles. The temperature of Pre-heated Ladle is Laser type temprature measuring instrument.

Heat Treatment :

We have two Bell Type Electrically heated Annealing furnaces of 10 Mt. batch capacity each & three Pit type Electrically heated Hardening & Tempering furnace with Temperature Controller. Temperature Recorder & Programmer, doing Heat treatment in controlled atmosphere to ensure casting free from scaling, decarburized layer.

Shot Blasting & Fettling :

We have in-house facilities for Decoring. Shot Blasting in Tumbler and Hanger type Shot Blasting Machines and Fettling & Grinding by swing frame grinder & Other grinding tools.
