• Universal testing machine with computerized interface and Graph printing facility, Impact testing machine for checking impact strength at -40 degrees centigrade, Pull testing machine & Fractured toughness testing machine to check the internal Crack at 57° C.

The Chemical Lab is fully equipped with Single pan electronic balance and Stropeleln apparatus for precision measurement of metals like C. Si, Mn, S, P and alloys like Cr etc. Also, we have 16 channel emission spectrometer for the analysis of the percentage of C, Si, Mn, S. P and other 11 elements. We also have Quick Analyzer of Carbon, Silicon, CE Determinatore and Temperature..

We have GETNER make Image Analyzer fitted with Microscope, Camera & Monitor structure with which the Micro Image can be transferred on line to the customer.

Radiographic and Ultrasonic Magnetic flaw detector Testing facilities for checking internal flaws and defect. We follow SCRATA ( Steel Casting Research & Trade Association , U.K.) Compartare for Surface finish and Surface Defect .

We also have a Complete Range of Sand Testing Facilities. Like GCS, Permeability, Compactibility, Shatter Index Testing, Moisture Tellor, Sieve Analysis, etc.

• Computerized Brinnel Hardness testing machine with printing facility capacity 3,000 kgf load, Rockwell hardness machine for hard materials, portable hardness tester for the hardness of heavy castings and poldy hardness tester.
